CALL FOR PAPERS
Oral and poster contributions are both welcome on subjects within the scope of the conference. Each presenting author is entitled to submit only one abstract for oral presentation and one abstract for poster, but may also be co-author of Abstracts submitted by other presenting authors.
One-page abstracts, prepared according to the instructions given below, should be submitted in MSWord.doc file through the
Secure Online Registration System. The file size may not exceed 2 MB.
Please submit your abstract and send it as an email attachment to: isoft2017@tufts.edu
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, who makes the final decision about the form of presentation.
The Symposium Secretariat will inform participants of acceptance of oral/poster presentation by June 15, 2017. Abstracts will not be considered if no registration is confirmed by July 1, 2017.
Oral Presentation
- Each speaker will be allocated 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion).
- All oral presentation sessions will be held in the Distler Auditorium.
- Oral presentation preferred format is Microsoft Power Point, saved on a USB memory stick.
- Speakers are requested to preview and upload their presentation files before the start of each session. Presentation files must be handed to the conferance officials on duty when they arrive at the conference site.
Poster Presentation
Each participant will be allocated a poster space of 48 x 48 inches (122 x 122 cm). Authors are encouraged to be present at their posters during the official poster presentation periods and daily tea/coffee breaks.
